Company Announcement – Deeside Cereals
Deeside Cereals is pleased to announce that on Friday 1st December 2023, the Weetabix Food Company completed a deal to acquire our company from Wholebake Limited.
The Weetabix Food Company completed this acquisition to strengthen its business through new capabilities and additional manufacturing capacity.
Deeside Cereals will continue to operate as a standalone business and the Weetabix Food Company is not planning to make any changes to the site or workforce in the foreseeable future.
